The site is okay overall, but it can be kind of annoying to use. Sometimes it’s hard to find what I’m looking for, and the answers or info I get don’t always seem consistent, which makes it even more frustrating.

"It turned out exactly right"
I ordered one of the personalized prints for it and was a little worried I’d messed something up, especially with the spelling and the dates. But when it showed up, everything was correct and it looked just like the preview. No weird mistakes or surprises. Really happy with how it came out and I’d definitely order again.

I remember being a little hesitant before ordering, mostly because I can be picky about whether stuff actually matches the photos. i don’t remember every tiny detail from the listing now, but the things I cared about, the size, color, and overall look, were right on. When it showed up, nothing felt off or surprising, which was a relief. Shipping must’ve been fine too because I don’t remember having any issue with it. Overall, I’m really happy with it and I’d order from Uncommon Goods again.

I had a small issue with my order and ended up needing a refund, so I messaged them not really expecting much. You know how some companies make it feel like they’re hoping you’ll just give up if they ask enough questions.

To their credit, they replied quickly and got it sorted without dragging me through a bunch of back and forth. The money came back like they said it would, which was a relief. Nice when customer service actually just fixes the problem...

"I’ve always been loyal to my usual..."
I’ve always been loyal to my usual go-to stores, so I didn’t expect to like shopping here as much as I do. But I really love that so many of the items feel like they actually came from real artists instead of just being churned out by some random factory. The gifts feel more personal and thoughtful, and the ethical sourcing side makes me feel better about spending my money here. I still bounce back to brands I’ve used forever, but this place is definitely winning me over

"Definitely using them again"
I’ll probably order from Uncommon Goods again next time I need a gift that doesn’t feel so basic. My friend ended up loving what I picked out and immediately asked where I found it, which is always a good sign. I originally ordered from them because I was tired of seeing the same boring gift ideas everywhere, and they had a bunch of fun, more personal stuff I hadn’t really seen on other sites. Shipping was totally fine too, so overall it was a easy win

"Always helps when I’m stuck on gifts"
I’ve ordered from Uncommon Goods a few times now when I was totally stuck on what to get someone. It’s one of those sites that’s actually helpful for finding random-but-useful gifts, especially for family members who already seem to own everything. I also like that a lot of the stuff feels more thoughtful than just buying some generic last-minute thing, which feels a little lazy to me.
Shipping has been totally fine, and everything showed up packed nicely. My sister loved the personalized gift I got her, and my dad actually used his, which basically never happens lol. I’ll probably keep using them when I need something that feels like I put real thought into it.

"Helpful, but a bit slow to respond"
I had to reach out to customer service about an issue with my order. They did get back to me, but it took longer than I was hoping, which was a little frustrating. Once I finally got a response, the person was friendly and helpful enough, and they did sort everything out. Overall, not a bad experience, but the response time could definitely be better.

"Nice site, but the sold-out items were frustrating"
The site itself was easy enough to use and had a good vibe, but i was a little annoyed that a few of the gifts I actually wanted were out of stock. That’s not ideal when you’re already shopping last minute. I did end up finding something decent, so it wasn’t a total loss, but the experience felt a bit disappointing overall.
